Research several snack foods; compare how marshmallows compare nutritionally with other snack foods; make a graph comparing nutritional contents

Create a game to match products and ingredients labels

Invite school cafeteria manager or nutritionist to class -- students can ask questions on menu planning and work with cafeteria workers to plan school lunch menu for a week or day
