HASP is a partnership of nine school districts and the Institute for Science Education at The University of Alabama in Huntsville working to promote science in the elementary curriculum. The nine school districts are Athens City, Decatur City, Fort Payne City, Jackson County, Limestone County, Madison City, Madison County, Morgan County, and Scottsboro City Schools.
