Chair Caning/Flat Weave

A small chair or stool (cleaned out!), desk stapler, scissors, table knife and bucket.

Dog Obedience/Beginning

1.  choke collar and a 6-foot web or cotton lead

2.  bring record of shots the first night!

3.  NO DOG THE FIRST NIGHT!!

4.  ONLY ONE TRAINER PER DOG!!

5.  NO OBSERVERS!!

Floral Design With Basic Techniques 

Week one:

• note book \ sketch book

• pen or pencil 

Week  2:

• container for living room\ dining room arrangement

• permanent flowers and greenery for arrangement

• silk dry foam

• green sheet moss or Spanish moss

• wire or cable cutters

• floral wire 18 ga.

• floral wood picks 6"

• floral clay (cling) or hot glue gun and glue

• duct tape

• scissors

• ribbon to compliment floral selection ( only necessary if you want to include ribbon in design) 

Week 3:

• corsage and boutonniere

• corsage tape

• wire 18 ga.

• wire cutters

• scissors

• ribbon

• permanent flowers to make design

(will only take very few flowers,  you may possibly use left over flowers from previous class) 

Week 4:

Designer choice!

~You choose a spot in your home or office or choose a design to make for a friend and bring the appropriate material from Week 1 supply list.  We will then design an arrangement to fit the appropriate space.

Knitting/Beginning

Students will complete project(s) of their choice:  scarf, pot holders, etc.  Students may be able to complete more than one projec depending on the student.

1.  A pair of single pointed knitting needles (the long ones).  Size 7, 8 or 9 is recommended.  The circular knitting needles will also work.
