Community Education in Decatur cooperates and coordinates with
community agencies such as the Parks and Recreation Department,
the American Red Cross, the Volunteer Center of Morgan County, the Morgan County Archives, the Carnegie Visual Arts Center and others.
The Decatur City Schools Community Education Department
is an Equal Opportunity Educational Agency whose employment, admissions

A citizen's advisory committee assists in making the Community
Education program responsive to community needs and in avoiding
costly duplication.
