How to Register
ADVANCE REGISTRATION IS A MUST!!
Phone, mail registration form, or come by in person. No registration
after 2nd class meeting. The office is open Monday through Friday
at 8:00 a.m. If advance registration is not sufficient, class my
be cancelled. Should a class cancel due to insufficient enrollment,
every effort will be made to notify you and you will be given an
opportunity to select another class or receive a full refund. Phone
552-3067. If Decatur City Schools are closed because of
inclement weather, the Community Education classes will be cancelled.
Cancellations will be announced on local television and radio stations.
On the first night of class come early and check in before class
time. Tables will be set up in the entrance hall of Decatur High
School and Vocational Building at Austin High School. After checking
in, carry receipt to instructor. Your cooperation is appreciated.
A RESERVATION CANNOT BE GUARANTEED UNTIL TUITION IS PAID.
Refunds: Full refund if requested by 12:00 p.m. the day
of 1st class meeting (classes involving books: books must be
returned before 12:00 p.m. the day of the 1st class meeting
and in the same condition as received); Partial if requested
before 2nd class meeting, except for classes made under special
circumstances or involving foods; No refunds after 2nd class
meeting.
