Ponds For Kids - Build Day

The day started with much excitment as the dew began to dry in the early morning.  The children showed up asking many questions and with much enthusiasm to work in the making of the Austinville Pond.  Many volunteers from General Electric, the Alabama Wildlife Federation, Vought Water Gardens of Decatur, and many other friends and parents of Austinville came out to help with the build.  Thanks to all who made the pond possible.
