Hi, my name is Diana Carr and I am Eastwood Elementary School's Library Teacher.  I like to call myself a library teacher because we do a lot of learning in the library.  Here are some of the things we learn: how to use the online computer catalog, how to navigate the Internet, how to research and write in ways that are interesting to ourselves, our teachers and our classmates; how to enjoy stories and share that joy with others. 
I have degrees and certification in Early Childhood and Elementary Education as well as Library Media Services.  I have been actively involved in education for over thirty years and have taught at a variety of grade levels from college to preschool.  I love being at Eastwood Elementary School.
