This year we painted murals in the Leon Sheffield gym, the 6th Street Boys & Girls Club, painted Valentines for Veterans banners, and stained the new Commerce City.

We finally have our new permanent home! The newly renovated building and additional wing for the magnet program is just great but in need of a little flash. The full gym with beautifully refinished floors cried out for color so the new Crew came up with some new Haring-esque characters to fill the walls. |

Valentines for Veterans Banners Every year the Creative Crew paints banners for Veterans Day and for Valentines for Veterans. These banners are signed by the LSME student body and sent to our local VFW and American Legion Posts as well as the Alabama VA Hospitals and State Veteran Homes (Valentines Day.) |
