As the Guidance Counsler I encourage and support the students.  The goal of the counseling program is to assist each child in the endeavor of becoming the best person they can be.  I work with parents, teachers, and other resources to ensure that the children have a quality educational experience.  I assist the students with social skills (character education), life skills, and study skills.  I work with the teachers to identify and meet the needs of the students.  The most important role as the counselor is to listen.
