Mrs. Armstrong

Hello!  My name is Chasity Armstrong. I have taught kindergarten for one year and fourth grade for four years. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Athens State University with my bachelors degree in education in 2003. I am a member of Kappa Delta Pi Honor Society. I live in Moulton, Al with my husband, Derek, and my daughter, Arlie Rae.  

Classroom Activities

We spend a large amount of our day reading in our Open Court Reading Program. We concentrate on increasing comprehension, vocabulary, and fluency. When we are not focusing on reading, we are involved in math. My students are allowed multiple opportunities each day to explore mathematical ideas and problem solving. We love reading, writing, and math in this class!
