Please include a typed resume with your application.  Resume should be limited to no more than two (2) pages.  DO NOT LIST REFERENCES.  Your application will be evaluated based on merit, leadership and academic achievement.  Your resume should emphasize personal achievements in the areas of:

Academics-Level of course work, academic honors, academic achievements, special areas of study.
Leadership-Group activities, including band, athletics, clubs, ROTC, etc.
Merit-Community service, volunteer work, mission work, summer work, individual initiative, peer role
modeling and other activities.

On a separate sheet, compose a brief essay on the following topics of discussion.
Please limit your essay to no more than one page.
Discuss your career goals and ambitions following high school.  What skills, talents or
abilities do you possess?  What preparations have you made to achieve your goals and how
do you plan to use your individual skills, talents and abilities in the future?
