Students interested in joining Interact Club should pick up an application from Mrs. Duffey is S-4 by Oct 2^nd. Essays and applications are due Oct. 3^rd at the first Interact meeting. Interact is a service club open to all grades.

Attention Jr. Civitan Members: If you are interested in becoming an officer, sign up in Mrs. McNair’s room (S6) before Tuesday 10-02-07. The officers to be filled are President, vice-President, Sec. Treasurer, Public Relations Coordinator, Historian, Sergeant-at-arms, and Chaplain. Go by Mrs. McNair’s room for a description of duties for each office. Also, make sure you attend the next meeting to vote.

Spanish Honor Society members remember to get officer nominations to Señora Wiggins by Tuesday, Oct. 2^nd.

Do you feel like on Spirit Fridays you need a little more spirit? Then FCCLA has the thing for you. Spirit flip-flops may be purchased today from Ms. Gregg.

Sophomores trying out for Key Club need to stop by Coach Lawrence’s room E-17 to see their interview time. Sophomores will NOT meet during club time.

Attention all sophomores: There will be a float meeting this Sunday at 3 o’clock at St. Luke Methodist Church.

Tickets for the Austin vs. Russellville football game will be on sale in the cafeteria during lunch on Friday. Student tickets are $5.00. All tickets at the game are $6.00. GO BEARS!!!!!

Attention Seniors: if you have not received a graduation supplies packet needed to order your graduation supplies, please see Mrs. Thompson in the Drama room A-4,or Ms. Stroh in E-2. Orders and money will be due on October 10^th.

There will be a freshman class float meeting this Saturday from 3-6:30 at Joey Carters house. Please check the freshman bulletin board for details and directions.

National Honor Society members are needed at the Habitat Youth United Build site Tuesday, Oct. 2 at 4:00 for a picture with major donor contribution. Wear Habitat shirt, or AHS shirts.

Any students interested in trying out for the girls or boys tennis teams need to See Coach Walker in S-14 t sign up.
