• Members of HOSA’s October celebration team need to meet in Mrs. Tucker’s classroom today at 3:00.

• Mu Alpha Theta dues of $10. for new members and $5.00 for returning members are due Wed. Oct. 17 by 3pm. Money should be placed in an envelope with your name on it and given to Mrs. Hopkins personally. Do not leave money on her desk. You may come before or after school or between classes. NO MONEY WILL BE TAKEN AT THE INDUCTION. Also, officers will meet Thursday morning at 7:30 sharp in M-11.

• JV volleyball girls need to meet in Coach Hendon’s room (S-15) for 7^th period today.

• If you would like to take the Pre-ACT PLAN test on Tuesday, Oct. 23^rd, the coast is $10.00 payable by check only. The deadline to sign up and pay is Friday, Oct. 19^th. Please see Mrs. Earley in the guidance office to sign up and make a payment.

• National Honor Society members can earn volunteer hours by working at the Fall Festival on Oct. 27 at Chestnut Grove Elementary, or the Math tournament at Cedar Ridge on Sat. Nov. 3^rd from 8-12. Sign up in Ms. Stroh’s room.

• All 10^th and 11^th graders registered to take the PSAT tomorrow morning need to be in the auditorium by 7:50. Remember to bring #2 pencils, a calculator and a jacket.

• Deadline for dues for returning National Honor Society members was yesterday, Oct. 15^th. If you have not yet paid your dues, you need to pay Ms.Stroh or Mrs. Berryman no later than tomorrow the 17^th.

• There will be a robotics meeting for all team members Thursday night at 7:00 PM in Mrs. Haddock’s room.

• Softball players who did not play softball for AHS last year should see Coach Wright this week for information about trying out for the team.

• Attention seniors: If you have not turned in your senior supply order and money, you MUST have it in the mail by tomorrow, Wednesday, Oct. 17^th. The mailing address is in the bottom left hand corner of your order form. If you have any questions, see Mrs. Thompson in the drama room.

• All Students: you may begin working on floats tomorrow. If you want to work on your class float, see on e of your officers to find out where your float will be built.

• Juniors are reminded that Friday is the final turn in day for magazine sales. Don’t forget to bring all money and order forms. Make sure check’s are made out to Austin High School.

• Homecoming court pictures will be made in the morning at 8:00 in the courtyard in front of the office. Wear a nice blouse, this is a picture from the shoulders up.
