This Friday is AHS Homecoming! We will have a parade on Thursday, Oct. 25^th at 6:00. It starts at the Old State Bank and end at Banks Caddell elementary School. Any club or organization that wishes to enter the parade must have their registration form turned in by Friday, Oct. 19. Once again, we will decorate the campus with door decorations. Doors will be judged during 1^st and 2^nd periods on Friday. If you are in a trailer, decorate the inside of one of the doors, and open it for judging. Remember the judges will only judge decorations on the door, not skits or decorated halls.

To all the FBLA members who are going on the Atlanta field trip on November 7, you are required to return your permission slip to any of the Business Ed. Teachers by Friday, October 26.

Any HOSA member planning to ride in the parade with HOSA needs to come by Mrs. Tucker’s room and pick up a permission form. If you do not have a permission form, you will not ride! HOSA members – today is the last day to turn in your deposit for the Memphis Trip.

Interact Club members: Reminder that there is a meeting immediately after school l this afternoon from 3:00 – 3:30. Don’t forget to turn in your school supply collections – Bring them to the meeting. See Mrs. Duffy if you have any questions.

Mrs. Crowell’s 6^th period health class will meet in the A-building computer lab today and Thursday.

All students taking the ACT on Saturday are reminded to bring a picture ID. If you do not have a picture ID, please see your guidance counselor to get a letter of identification to take with you. If you bring neither of these items, you will not be able to take the ACT.

Special congratulations to Adrienne Giordano, our own FCCLA member who participated in Morgan County’s annual beef cook-off yesterday and received 4^th place for her version of Taco Soup.

Seniors, the Rep from UNA will be in the College and Career center from 1:00 – 3:00 today.
