Austin High School Math Team
Austin High School has three math teams this year - Geometry, Algebra II and Advanced Math. All teams participated in various tournaments this past year including Muscle Shoals, Vestavia Hills, American High School Mathematics Examination, Farragut, Grissom, and the Alabama High School Mathematics Contest.
Individual awards will be presented at the end of the year at the school's annual awards day. Awards will be based on the points that each student has accumulated throughout the year by participating in the various tournaments and practice sessions, individual tournament scores, practice tests, and ciphering points at tournaments and practice sessions.
