Scholarship Scoops August 10, 2007

This is the first edition of the "Scholarship Scoops" for 2007 – 2008. Please read and share this information with your parents. All scholarship information and other information about colleges received by the guidance office will be listed in this and future additions of the "Scholarship Scoops". Please stop by the guidance office to request scholarship information.

Welcome back to your final year of high school. There will be many exciting things happening this year and we hope that you will take advantage of every opportunity that you receive to help with your college education.

Please, if you are not interested in any of the scholarships that are available, then please pass them on to another senior that you come in contact with at church, sporting events and other places that you know someone who is a senior.

As far as we know, no other guidance department gives this opportunity to their seniors. We make every effort to ensure that you know of the scholarships that are available to each and every one of you. Parents, if you see this, you can also follow this in the Decatur Daily on Sunday mornings. Also, we are going to have the "Scoops" posted on the web page.
