Austin High School Baseball Team Goals
1) Individual goals help develop team goals here at AHS. When individual players aspire toward individual goals, it makes achievement of team goals much more likely.
2) The more accomplishments we have as a team (season record, Area Championship, state rankings, state playoffs), the more exposure there is for each player.
A) More scouts see you play.
B) Bigger scouts see you play, regional scouts and cross checkers, regional supervisors.
C) All Area, All State, All American Recognition.
D) Experience from playing in pressure games.
