HELLO!  My name is Nella C.Fletcher.  It has been a privilege to work in the Decatur City Schools for the past 27 years. Working with my students has been the joy of my life.  In 1979, I graduated from Alabama A&M University with a B.S Degree in Special Education.  Through the years, I have studied at UNA, UAB and well as Alabama A&M.

     I am the proud mother of Lesley Fletcher, presently a junior at Alabama A&M University, Whitney Fletcher, a freshman at Northwest Shoals on a basketball scholarship and last but not least, Bubbles, our 14 month old cocker spaniel, the love of our lives!

     I am a member of First Baptist Missionary Church, where Herbert Cartwright is our pastor.
