Hello! Welcome to my web page. I have lived lived in Alabama my entire life and am proud of my southern heritage. I have a B. S. in Nursing from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. I met my husband, Arkie, while attending the University of Alabama.  We have two sons, Jason and Lee, who are both attending the University of Alabama.

I have been a school nurse for twenty three years and employed by the Morgan County Health Department for 31 years.  I am currently working at Decatur High School Developmental Program and I believe I have finally found my niche- I love working with special needs children.
