Listening skills: Read "Big Al", by Andrew Clements; create animals by combining the head, legs or bodies of different animals

Create a small folded booklet with each page recalling facts learned about their favorite organism written in sentence form; illustratethe book; contents may be:
title page
where the organism lives
how it gets air
how it moves
basic needs
how they reproduces
what they learned
